SILICONE MOLDING AND CASTING

We offer a service to create silicone molds and casts of any existing products you may have (size permitting), or create casts of brand new products through 3D printing and then molding the print. Silicone molding and urethane/resin casting is a fantastic way to replicate 3D prints in a variety of materials which are far stronger than 3D prints with all sorts of possible surface finishes. When a 3D print as a final product may not be suitable because of concerns over its durability, light weight, surface finish or any range of factors that can be improved by making the part from a solid urethane or resin, creating a mold and casting it is a simple way to solve these problems with a strong, smooth, solid product.

Food safe silicone can also be used to create custom molds that you can use for chocolate, ice creams, wax and just about anything edible that you can put into a paste and into a fridge, you can make it. Creating molds with food-safe silicone and casting your design is a fantastic idea for special events, restaurants serving up very unique dishes or a fun activity to do with your kids.
